Introduction
Welcome to Cayman Contractor Connection (“Cayman Contractor Connection,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). We operate an online directory and lead-generation platform designed to connect residents and businesses in the Cayman Islands with independent contractors and service providers across construction, maintenance, and related industries.
By accessing or using our website, mobile site, or any associated services (together, the “Platform”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
Use of the Platform is permitted only by individuals and entities who are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of the United Kingdom.
These Terms govern your relationship with Cayman Contractor Connection and prevail over any conflicting information contained in FAQs, help guides, or other Platform materials. We reserve the right to update, suspend, or withdraw the Platform (in whole or in part) at any time and without liability.
- Platform Role and Limitation
Cayman Contractor Connection is an independent, neutral directory and lead-generation platform. Our role is limited to facilitating introductions between clients (“Clients”) and independent contractors or service providers (“Contractors”) operating in the Cayman Islands.

- Ensuring full compliance with applicable labour, employment, health and safety, building, and consumer protection regulations.
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information in their profiles, listings, and communications on the Platform.
