Contractors: Yes. There are 4 packages to choose from in order to be posted for unlimited leads (the first three months are free)

Clients: No. Creating an account and contacting contractors is completely free
Yes. All contractors who wish to offer services must hold a valid trade & business license.
If you will be providing specialised services, such as plumbing or electrical work, you must have some appropriate trade qualifications or certifications.
Our platform verifies these credentials to ensure that only legitimate and qualified professionals are listed.
Client: Create your profile, browse through the listed contractors that fit your project needs, and contact the one that’s right for you.
Contractor: You will need to sign up and provide your company details including licenses, qualifications, and any relevant project pictures or bios.
Once your profile is submitted, our team will review and verify your credentials. After successful approval, your profile will be made public and visible for clients seeking services.
No. Contractors are independent providers. We connect you with professionals but do not supervise or guarantee the Quality of services they perform. Always review profiles and confirm work details before hiring.
All agreements are private contracts between you and the contractor and You should try to resolve the matter directly. However, if there is a constant chain of bad reviews we will carry out a further investigation.
Yes. We reserve the right to suspend & or terminate a contractor’s membership for: fraudulent or misleading info, violating Cayman Islands laws, abusive or unsafe behavior or an abundance of consistent negative reviews etc.
No we only put contractors and clients in touch with each other; Job payments are handled privately between both parties.
No. we do not provide insurance or service guarantees. Contractors are responsible for maintaining liability insurance. Clients are encouraged to confirm insurance before hiring.
